Every repair from Tech Depot is backed by a straightforward warranty.

What's Covered
- The exact issue we repaired recurring within the warranty period
- Parts we installed failing under normal use
- Workmanship issues directly related to the repair performed
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage, or drops occurring after the repair
- Issues unrelated to the original repair (e.g. a new fault developing elsewhere)
- Devices opened or modified by someone other than Tech Depot after the repair
- Damage caused by continued use after a fault was first noticed and not reported
Making a Warranty Claim
If something goes wrong within the covered period, message us on WhatsApp with your name, the repair date, and a short description of the issue. We'll arrange for you to bring the device back in for inspection at no extra charge — if it's a warranty issue, the fix is free.
