Questions
Straight answers to the questions we get asked most.
How long does a controller repair take?
▼
We get it done within 3 days from when your controller arrives at our Dehiwala lab.
Do you use original parts for repairs?
▼
Yes. All replacement parts are matched to the original specs so everything works exactly as it should.
How long does the thermal paste replacement take?
▼
The full process — cleaning, applying the liquid metal, and running heat tests — takes about 4 to 6 hours.
Do you have to replace the whole stick to fix drift?
▼
No. We only replace the small damaged sensor inside — we keep the rest of the controller intact.
Which consoles and controllers do you repair?
▼
We repair PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and custom controllers at our Dehiwala workshop.
Do you charge if you can't fix the device?
▼
No. If we can't fix it, you won't be charged. Simple as that.
Will a deep clean stop my console from being so loud?
▼
Yes. Removing the dust buildup from inside the fan and cooling system makes a big difference — most consoles go from jet-engine loud to nearly silent.
